About Biotin
What is Biotin?
Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin that plays an important role in a variety of metabolic processes. Also known as vitamin H, it is an important cofactor for enzymes involved in the breakdown of fats, proteins and carbohydrates. Biotin deficiency can result in symptoms including hair thinning, skin problems and fatigue.
